**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform data entry tasks, including entering information into our electronic medical records (EMR) system
* Prepare information for data entry, including reviewing and verifying data for accuracy
* Perform entry-level support for the data entry function, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
* Perform high-volume data entry work, including entering new applications and credits
* Complete clerical functions, including typing, faxing, and deleting data entry mistakes
* Maintain data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management
* Operate data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks
* Review and confirm data before entry to ensure accuracy and quality
* Perform daily audits and data entry adjustments to ensure data integrity

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams
* Strong data entry skills, with the ability to enter information accurately and efficiently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
