Our client, a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, is looking for a results-driven and ambitious Remote Senior Account Executive to join their expanding sales team. This is a fully remote position, empowering you to manage your sales territory and client relationships from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within assigned accounts. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers. You will conduct product demonstrations, develop customized sales proposals, and negotiate contracts to achieve and exceed sales quotas. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a strong emphasis on SaaS solutions. You must be highly motivated, organized, and adept at managing a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools. Your ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively, understand client pain points, and provide tailored solutions will be critical to your success. Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead qualification. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs. Develop and present strategic sales proposals and quotes. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track activities, and forecast revenue. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and support lead generation efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
