[Remote] Senior Account Executive - Mountain Region

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a State & Public Sector Account Executive to drive enterprise sales across U.S. state, local, and public sector organizations. The role focuses on building long‑term strategic relationships and closing large, multi‑year enterprise technology engagements within public sector institutions.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full state and public sector sales lifecycle, from opportunity development through contract execution and account growthBuild and maintain trusted relationships with state DOTs, transit authorities, public infrastructure agencies, and local government organizationsIdentify and develop enterprise opportunities aligned with agency priorities and Aurigo’s products and solutionsNavigate state and local procurement frameworks, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract vehiclesDevelop strategic account plans for priority states, agencies, and programsLead complex deal execution by coordinating with solution engineering, product, legal, and delivery teamsManage multi‑stakeholder buying environments across technical, operational, financial, and procurement functionsMaintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting within Aurigo’s sales processesSkillsProven experience selling enterprise technology solutions into state, local, or public sector organizationsEstablished relationships within state DOTs, transportation agencies, infrastructure authorities, or large public sector bodiesStrong understanding of state and local procurement processes, contracting models, and funding mechanismsDemonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles in public sector environmentsAbility to build credibility with senior public sector leaders and influence multi-layered decision processesExperience leading large enterprise technology deals from early engagement through contract awardStrong collaboration skills to coordinate internal teams supporting proposals, procurement, and complex deal executionExperience selling enterprise platforms, infrastructure software, or mission-critical technology solutionsFamiliarity with public sector systems integrators, consulting partners, and ecosystem playersUnderstanding of state and local budgeting cycles, capital programs, and funding structures (including federal-state funding models)Company OverviewAurigo builds software that helps build the world.
