The Senior Account Executive will own a defined territory, lead complex sales cycles, and develop strategic relationships with executive buyers in the enterprise SaaS space.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a strategic pipeline of enterprise opportunities across assigned territories and verticalsIdentify and engage senior decision-makers including C-suite, executive leadership, and department headsDevelop multi-threaded relationships across organizations to advance complex opportunitiesExecute strategic account plans to penetrate large institutions and enterprise organizationsOwn the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through contract negotiation and closeFull responsibility for hands on pipeline generation (outbound emails, calls, strategy)Manage complex buying processes involving procurement, legal, IT, and executive stakeholdersConsistently achieve or exceed aggressive annual revenue quotas through new logo acquisition and strategic expansion opportunitiesNavigate long sales cycles and large deal structures typical of enterprise SaaS salesPosition Single Stop’s technology as a strategic platform that improves customer retention, customer sentiment, operational cost savings and employee stabilityBuild compelling ROI narratives and business cases for executive decision-makersTranslate complex technology capabilities into measurable organizational and social impact outcomesDeliver tailored product demonstrations for enterprise clientsPartner with internal product and technical teams to design scalable solutions that meet client needsLead solution presentations and executive briefingsIdentify emerging market opportunities across industries such as government, education, utilities, insurance, retail, and hospitalityTrack competitive positioning and industry trends related to benefits access, workforce support, and digital service deliveryProvide insights that inform market strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market initiativesPartner closely with marketing, partnerships, product, and customer success teams to drive revenue growthLead internal deal strategy discussions and coordinate resources to advance complex opportunitiesShare best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the sales organizationSkillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldExperience selling enterprise SaaS solutions into government, education, nonprofit, or large corporate organizationsProven ability to develop and execute territory and account strategiesExperience using CRM platforms and sales forecasting toolsAbility to build executive relationships and navigate complex organizational structuresExperience selling to Human Resources, Corporate/Social Responsibility, or Customer Retention teamsExperience in industries such as Retail, Restaurant, Utilities, Insurance, Government, or EducationExperience selling mission-driven technology solutions or workforce support platformsStrong command of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Solution SellingUnderstanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise solution architectureAbility to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence senior leadersProven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to move complex deals forwardStrong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven sales planningBenefitsHealth insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)Paid time off (Vacation, Sick, Floating)Retirement plan 403(b)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Commuter BenefitsLife/Accident insuranceShort-term Disability InsuranceLong-term Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Plan (EAP)Company OverviewFor nearly 90 years, The Fedcap Group has developed scalable, innovative and potentially disruptive solutions to some of society’s most pressing needs.
