Remote Scrum Leader-Healthcare

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in guiding team members, managing resources, and driving project success. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure optimal performance and productivity. • Implement project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall to facilitate effective project execution. • Utilize project management software including TFS, VersionOne, and Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking progress. • Oversee requirements gathering and analysis to ensure alignment with project goals. • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that test cases are executed effectively. • Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to support cloud computing initiatives and disaster recovery plans. • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct regular meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and provide guidance on project implementation. • Maintain documentation using tools like Visio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices in software development. Experience • Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience in the healthcare industry • Familiarity with various databases such as SQL and Oracle is preferred. • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively. • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities. • Proficient in analysis skills to evaluate project performance metrics. • Experience in release management and program management is a plus. • Knowledge of IT governance principles is advantageous. • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
