KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sourcing & Procurement Consultant (MM) to support global procurement transformation and ERP implementation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with procurement leaders and cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Procurement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.ResponsibilitiesLead Fit-to-Standard workshops and requirements gathering sessionsDesign and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Procurement processes including: Material Master, Business Partner (Supplier), Purchase Requisitions, Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders, Outline Agreements, Contracts, Source Determination, Release Strategies and Approvals, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, Inventory Management, Valuation and Account DeterminationConfigure procurement organizational structures and purchasing controlsParticipate in SAP Activate implementation projectsPrepare functional specifications and process documentationSupport master data migration and cleansing activitiesExecute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Support cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activitiesCollaborate closely with Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (EWM), Sales (SD), Project Systems (PS)Ensure seamless Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay process integrationProvide post-go-live support and hypercareTroubleshoot procurement and inventory management issuesRecommend process improvements and automation opportunitiesSupport SAP quarterly cloud release assessments and testingDrive adoption of SAP procurement best practicesSkillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field10+ years of SAP MM/Procurement consulting experienceMinimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projectsStrong expertise in: Material Master, Purchasing, Procurement Operations, Purchase Orders, Contracts & Outline Agreements, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Invoice VerificationExperience with SAP Activate methodologyExperience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshopsStrong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSAP S/4HANA Cloud Procurement CertificationExperience with: SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, SAP Fiori Applications, Embedded Analytics, SAP Central Procurement, SAP Analytics CloudExperience supporting global and multi-country implementationsExperience in manufacturing, retail, consumer products, distribution, life sciences, or industrial sectorsBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.Flexible working conditions, with remote options available.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Company OverviewMaking Business Transformation Real KATBOTZ is a business consulting and tech-innovation firm empowering enterprise transformation through SAP and next-generation digital solutions.
