KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Consultant to support SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in master data governance, data migration, and business process integration to establish high-quality master data standards and support successful SAP Public Cloud deployments.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement master data governance processes and standardsEstablish data ownership, stewardship, and quality controlsDevelop data management policies and best practices aligned with SAP GROW methodologiesSupport data governance and compliance initiativesConfigure and support master data structures within SAP S/4HANA Public CloudDefine and maintain: Material Master, Business Partner (Customer & Supplier), Product Master Data, Finance Master Data, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, GL Accounts, Asset Master Data, BOMs and Routings, Project Master Data, Warehouse Master DataEnsure alignment with SAP best practices and clean-core principlesSupport data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading activitiesWork with SAP Migration Cockpit and migration toolsDevelop mapping and validation rulesExecute data quality checks and reconciliation activitiesSupport mock conversions, testing cycles, and production cutoversCollaborate with functional teams across: Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), Manufacturing (PP), Sales (SD), Warehouse Management (EWM), Project Systems (PS)Ensure master data supports end-to-end business processesTrain business users on master data governance and maintenance proceduresSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Provide post-go-live support and hypercareDevelop data standards, documentation, and operating proceduresSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field5+ years of SAP Master Data Management experienceExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP GROW implementationsStrong expertise in: Material Master, Business Partner Master Data, Financial Master Data, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Migration, SAP Migration CockpitStrong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesSAP S/4HANA Public Cloud CertificationExperience with: SAP GROW, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Signavio, Data Governance FrameworksExperience supporting multi-country SAP deploymentsExperience in manufacturing, retail, consumer products, distribution, healthcare, or professional services industriesBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.Flexible working conditions, with remote options available.Company OverviewMaking Business Transformation Real KATBOTZ is a business consulting and tech-innovation firm empowering enterprise transformation through SAP and next-generation digital solutions.
