Job Overview We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team who will directly impact the candidate experience as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator , you will ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee experience. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to best organize and effectively manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Talent Acquisition department, from the initial job opening through the onboarding. We use Greenhouse ATS, Calendly for scheduling, Microsoft Teams and Zoom for collaboration and virtual interviews, and leverage various solutions for sourcing, posting jobs, and candidate identification including our own products. Responsibilities: Supporting all talent acquisition functions for Mexico, US and Canada open roles: sourcing, interview scheduling, and all other activities to keep candidates moving through our pipeline and engaged through onboarding. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal interview teams Coordinate pre-brief and debrief meetings with interview participants and HM Update the teams “open position” channel with weekly spotlight jobs Support the hiring managers with adding requisitions in Greenhouse Sourcing; partnering with teammates as needed Monitor and respond to “recruiting inbox” Monitor employee referral process - Announcements via teams channel Update Greenhouse system access for new hires Support TA projects and deliverables for various initiatives Update candidate profiles in the Greenhouse and maintain recruitment data integrity About You: 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, and 1 year of recruitment support role (coordinating interviews, supporting with internal projects, etc.) You are passionate about people and genuinely care about creating a positive employee experience while building strong relationships with others. You are also highly detail-oriented and process-oriented, well organized, take a proactive approach to solving problems, and are self-motivated. You are tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems, tools, and concepts in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly flexible and motivated with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Ability to handle confidential information.
