Quadric IT is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant / Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in supply chain planning processes and will collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable planning solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead SAP IBP solution architecture, design, and implementation activitiesGather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP IBP solutionsDesign and configure SAP IBP modules including:Demand PlanningSupply PlanningInventory OptimizationSales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Define end-to-end planning processes and recommend best practicesDrive integration design between SAP IBP and SAP ERP/S/4HANA systemsConduct workshops and solution discussions with business stakeholdersProvide architecture guidance and technical leadership throughout project lifecyclesSupport testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live activitiesIdentify process improvement opportunities and deliver innovative planning solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliverySkills10+ years of overall SAP experienceMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP implementations and architectureStrong expertise in SAP IBP Demand PlanningStrong expertise in SAP IBP Supply PlanningStrong expertise in SAP IBP Inventory OptimizationStrong expertise in SAP IBP S&OPExperience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ERP ECC and SAP S/4HANAKnowledge of planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and supply chain optimizationExperience with SAP CPI-DS, SDI, or other SAP integration technologiesStrong understanding of SAP supply chain planning and execution processesAbility to engage with business stakeholders and understand business requirementsExperience conducting workshops, solution design sessions, and process assessmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to lead teams and provide architecture-level recommendationsExcellent documentation and presentation skillsSAP IBP Certification preferredExperience in multiple end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projectsExperience working with global stakeholders and distributed teamsPrior experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, or supply chain-intensive industriesCompany OverviewQuadric IT is an IT products and services company that offers SAP and web development services.
