Position Web Design and User Experience Specialist Type Full‑time Compensation $90,000–$200,000/year Location Palo Alto, CA or Remote Role Responsibilities Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated web layouts, components, and visual elements. Review and refine AI outputs to ensure aesthetic appeal, clarity, and functional design. Collaborate with technical teams to design and improve annotation workflows related to layout, typography, color, and interaction design. Provide feedback on AI-generated designs to enhance responsiveness, usability, and modern web standards. Apply current design trends and best practices to guide AI development in user interface and experience design. Support continuous improvement of internal tools and processes that enhance workflow efficiency.
