Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the launch and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce system for their Retirement Services division. The role involves overseeing Salesforce database management, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that Salesforce initiatives meet business needs while maintaining data integrity and security.ResponsibilitiesServes as main point of contact and lead administrator for Reliance Standard’s Retirement Services Salesforce instanceOversees all functions of Salesforce database management, including Accounts, Person Accounts, Cases, activities & engagement, and policy-related dataOversees all integrations tied to the Reliance Standard Salesforce instance, including Outlook, telephony, and policy administrationAll aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and queuesSalesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to custom object and field creation, flows, approval processes, dynamic actions, page layouts, record types, custom settings, and reports/dashboardsIdentify and gather requirements, translating them into industry best practices, and create scalable solutions within Salesforce and related toolsProactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and health checksRoutine data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Assist in mass data updates to Salesforce using data loader or other toolsManage the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture and ongoing maintenanceConduct training sessions for users and create comprehensive documentation for essential processes. Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization. Ensure all internal Salesforce users have adequate and up-to-date training to ensure consistency and data integrityEnsure the data management needs of the growing organization are met, new technologies are identified, and industry best practices are maintained and help build a roadmap for future growthWork closely with implementation partners and external vendors to deliver new features and enhancements to fruitionWork closely with the department leaders to provide guidance and a better understanding of the marketing tools by compiling data, building processes, and leveraging reports and dashboards that provide important insightsOwn Salesforce user access support, including login issues, password resets, MFA troubleshooting and user account lockout issuesSupport users with record visibility and permission issues.
