The role involves the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of B2B/B2C Salesforce orgs, as well as participating in SCRUM ceremonies and planning.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of B2B/B2C Salesforce orgs(and associated add-ons) as a contributing member of the Salesforce development team, participating in all SCRUM ceremonies and planningRecommend, design and create technical solutions to maximize Client s business productivity and optimize for support, usability, and flexibility for the long-termResponsible for the organization and tracking of your individual work within the context of your team, while supporting your team’s success as a wholeSkillsMinimum 3 years' hands-on Salesforce administrative experience is strongly preferredSalesforce Administrator CertificationExperience in declaratively configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales CloudComfort with Process Builder, Flow, Validation rules, and reportingExperience in Requirements gathering and associated discovery workSalesforce additional certificationsExperience with implementing other Salesforce products and add-ons such as Einstein, Tableau CRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, LinkedInNavigator, etcExperience utilizing tools such as JIRA, Asana, LucidChart, Confluence, Workbench, and GearsetExperience with EDA architecture and/or Salesforce solutions as applied to educational institutionsCompany OverviewAccion Labs is a global services technology firm focused on building and transforming software products through emerging technologies.
