We are actively hiring business partners who are motivated, committed to success, coachable and ready to build their own empire withing our fast-growing company.
Our Commission Only remote sales position allows you to serve families who have requested our services nationwide. All client leads are warm requests who have initiated contact.
Our agency hires, trains and onboards licensed, and those willing to become licensed, agents to lead them to launch an agency of their own while preparing them to become profitable quickly. Following our proven system and award-winning technology, you will have the tools for sustainable income. This is a career, not a job. Responsibilities
Contact clients that have submitted a request for more information.
Product presentations and assisting clients with application submissions.
Keep a coachable mentality to continue personal and professional growth.
Stick to an organized, trackable schedule.
Be a positive team player willing to accept help from others and lend a hand when others need it.
Attend our daily agency huddles.
Requirements
State Life and Health Insurance License; we will provide access to training for state licensing.
Laptop and reliable internet service.
Cell phone and service plan.
Quiet, dedicated office space to work at home without distractions.
