• Assist clients throughout the application process to ensure a seamless experience
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team leaders
• Collaborate with mentors and team leaders to learn impactful sales techniques
• Monitor application progress toward approval, working in conjunction with clients and carriers
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions for ongoing development
• Focus on selling while minimizing prospecting responsibilities
