They are looking for a motivated, entry-level Sales Support Administrator to assist with sales, operations, and finance functions, ensuring a smooth customer experience and supporting internal team coordination.ResponsibilitiesMaintain CRM data quality, integrity, and overall system hygieneMonitor pipeline activity and identify missing information, stalled opportunities, process gaps, and reporting inconsistenciesConduct routine audits of sales records, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activitiesEnsure sales opportunities are progressing through the CRM in accordance with established sales processesSupport forecasting efforts through accurate pipeline tracking and reportingAssist sales leadership in maintaining pipeline governance and stage disciplineCreate and maintain recurring sales reports, dashboards, and performance metricsAnalyze historical sales activity, trends, conversion rates, and pipeline performanceIdentify patterns, opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for improvementAssist leadership with quarterly planning, sales reviews, and forecasting initiativesSupport the development and maintenance of KPI scorecards and sales performance reportingPrepare, process, and track customer order forms and agreementsManage DocuSign workflows and contract execution processesPerform preliminary reviews of customer purchasing requirements, legal terms, and onboarding documentationCoordinate internally to ensure smooth order processing and customer onboardingMaintain pricing records, sales documentation, and internal reference materialsServe as a resource to sales team members regarding sales processes, pricing, forms, and procedural questionsOrganize sales meetings, team reviews, and planning sessionsPrepare meeting agendas, capture notes, document action items, and coordinate follow-up activitiesHelp maintain sales playbooks, process documentation, and internal knowledge resourcesSupport onboarding and training of new sales team membersAssist with development and maintenance of sales content, templates, and operational resourcesUtilize CRM (Zoho), Microsoft 365, Teams, DocuSign, AI tools, and other business platforms to improve productivity and efficiencyLeverage tools such as ChatGPT and AI-assisted technologies to streamline administrative tasks, reporting, documentation, and workflow managementIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve business processesAssist with implementation and adoption of new sales technologies and operational initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, business operations, project coordination, or related rolesStrong proficiency with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft DynamicsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPointExceptional organizational and time-management abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyDemonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quicklyExperience supporting B2B sales organizationsExperience building reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking toolsFamiliarity with sales forecasting and pipeline managementExperience with DocuSign or contract management platformsWorking knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologiesExperience creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, or standard operating proceduresCompany OverviewA recognized world leader in crime risk forecasting based in United States of America.
