Remote Sales Representative – Corporate Groups, Private Parties & Large Events

We’re seeking a skilled, results-driven sales professional to connect these exciting experiences with the groups that need them most.

Position Overview
The Remote Sales Representative will be responsible for driving event bookings and revenue for multiple Escapology venues. This role focuses on both inbound lead management and outbound prospecting to secure bookings for corporate groups, birthday parties, and other large-scale events. The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate, and adept at relationship-building, with strong HubSpot CRM skills to track and optimize the sales process. Periodic travel may be required to visit our venues in Colorado and Florida to gain first-hand knowledge of each location’s unique offerings and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to inbound leads from phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Proactively generate outbound opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Develop tailored event proposals for corporate, social, and private groups.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to booking confirmation.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities in HubSpot.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with venue teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Represent Escapology professionally and enthusiastically in all communications.
• Travel as needed to venues in Colorado and Florida for training, site familiarization, and relationship building with local teams.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, events, or entertainment.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness and ability to travel periodically.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $40,000 annually, with commission potential based on sales performance (total compensation potential significantly higher).
