They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to contribute to lifecycle strategy, design multi-touch campaigns, and leverage data for decision-making to enhance customer engagement and retention.ResponsibilitiesContribute to lifecycle strategy. Define and evolve frameworks across onboarding, engagement, expansion, and reactivation. Identify journey gaps and propose data-grounded solutionsDesign multi-touch campaigns. Develop concepts, audience strategies, and messaging for nurture flows across email, in-app, and other surfaces. Translate business goals into program briefsOwn experimentation. Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, timing, sequencing, and targeting. Synthesize results into recommendationsLeverage data for decision-making. Use segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics to locate opportunities and friction points. Partner with Data to refine targeting and personalizationBuild and optimize campaigns. Set up automation workflows in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable with personalization tied to behavioral and product signals. Iterate based on performance dataPartner cross-functionally. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth to align lifecycle programs with GTM priorities and product launchesDrive reporting and insights. Maintain dashboards, surface trends, and present learnings. Translate data into narratives that guide program directionSkills5-7 years in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or self-serve platformsHands-on marketing automation experience with at least one platform: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, or HubSpotWorking knowledge of segmentation using behavioral data, product usage signals, or CRM fieldsAnalytical skills with tools such as Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
