[Remote] Sales Operations Senior Analyst

The Sales Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting sales processes, and managing the Sales Operations Playbook to ensure standardized execution across the sales organization.ResponsibilitiesMaintain CRM data accuracy across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and RenewalsPerform routine data cleanup, corrections, and updatesSupport deduplication and data hygiene initiativesEnsure mandatory fields and CRM standards are consistently followedIdentify and flag data quality issues impacting reporting or forecastingDrive continuous CRM improvementSupport Revenue Operations in ensuring consistent and correct usage of tools across sales teams (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.)Own onboarding and offboarding across systems, including development of certification criteria for new joinersAct as UAT partner for Salesforce enhancements, flows, and sales tool releasesValidate system changes prior to production deploymentExecute structured test cases to ensure accuracy, usability, and data integrityIdentify bugs, gaps, and issues in collaboration with RevOpsSupport release readiness and go-live validationProvide feedback on system usability and workflow improvementsDevelop and maintain the Sales Operations Playbook across systems and processesDefine 'how-to' guidance for Salesforce and sales tools usageMaintain process documentation for onboarding, reporting, and sales execution standardsEnsure alignment between playbook, CRM configuration, and business rulesContinuously update playbook based on system changes and Rev Ops enhancementsServe as the single source of truth for sales operational processesProvide day-to-day support for Salesforce and sales toolsTroubleshoot basic system issues (access, visibility, record errors, login issues)Guide users on correct system usage and processesEscalate complex issues to Rev OpsEnsure adherence to CRM and sales tool usage standardsIdentify gaps in data entry and system usage complianceFlag inconsistencies and process issues to RevOpsReinforce standardized CRM practices across teamsSupport audit readiness and governance initiativesLoad, track, and manage RFPs in Loopio systemEnsure proper assignment, categorization, and workflow trackingCoordinate internal stakeholders for content input and responsesMaintain visibility into timelines, requirements, and submission statusEnsure timely, complete, and high-quality RFP submissionsMaintain trackers of RFP process, report on status of RFP completion, and always provide clear communication across Sales Leadership throughout the RFP LifecycleSupport reuse and improvement of RFP content librarySupport user provisioning and deactivation across systemsAssist with license tracking and access hygieneMaintain documentation of system processes and SOPsSupport structured data cleanup and CRM organizationSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (required)3-5 years of experience using and administrating Salesforce CRM (required)2+ years of experience supporting UAT, quality assurance testing, system release, or sales technology implementations and validating CRM changesProficiency with ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar go-to-market toolsExperience developing, documenting, and maintaining sales processes, playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), or user training materialsStrong understanding of CRM data structure and sales processesExperience with Salesforce reporting and dashboardsHigh attention to detail and data accuracy mindsetStrong troubleshooting and user support capabilityBasic Excel/reporting skillsStrong execution and ownership mindsetAbility to travel occasionally to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), sales meetings, training events, and other business initiativesCompany OverviewLogile is the leading provider of AI-powered Connected Workforce solutions, helping retailers worldwide optimize operations and improve customer experiences.
