Facebook Ads Specialist

Remote Full-time
Facebook Ads Specialist - STERRY Limited
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time

Join a dynamic growth marketing agency where precision meets creativity
At STERRY, we're not your average marketing agency—we're the rocket fuel behind crowdfunding and e-commerce success. Since day one, we've helped clients generate over $100 million in trackable online revenue through strategies rooted in measurable performance.

About the Role
We are looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist to join our media buying team to work across multiple international markets. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role for someone who takes ownership seriously, communicates proactively, and doesn’t need to be chased for updates.

You will sit at the intersection of data, creative strategy, and campaign execution — supporting campaign performance across assigned markets, producing analysis that drives real decisions, and serving as a key bridge between media buying, creative, and PR teams to keep everything moving without friction.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport campaign setup, A/B testing, and day-to-day execution in Meta Ads Manager as directed by the Senior Ads Specialist
Conduct market-level performance analysis across assigned regions, surfacing patterns and flagging anomalies for review
Manage and maintain task cards across the media buying workflow, following up on cross-functional deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Track creative performance, KOL ad rights timelines, and campaign scheduling proactively — no prompting required
Draft creative briefs based on performance data, translating findings into structured direction for the video editor and graphic designer
Run competitor audits across offer, creative, copy, and landing pages using the team's existing frameworks
Prepare first-draft weekly performance narratives that organize data clearly for senior review
Coordinate between media buying, creative, and PR/KOL teams on deliverable timelines and feedback loops
Proactively flag issues and surface recommendations rather than waiting for direction
Perform ad hoc tasks as needed, adapting quickly to shifting priorities

What We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns
Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced environment is a plus
Analytical mindset — you don't just read dashboards, you notice when something looks off and you want to understand why
Willing and able to write creative briefs that give editors specific, actionable direction — you write briefs that are useful, not just boxes ticked
Comfortable working across teams — you can communicate with creative, PR, and KOL teams in a way that actually moves work forward
Excellent project coordination skills — you track what's moving, what's stalling, and you act on it
Proactive communicator — you communicate early, if something’s going sideways, you say so before it becomes a fire
Comfortable operating in ambiguity — not everything comes with a clear brief or a playbook
Genuine curiosity — you’re curious enough to keep learning even when things are going well
You use AI to think faster, not to think for you — we care about your judgment, not your ability to prompt-engineer a generic answer
Familiarity with performance tools such as Northbeam, Atria, or similar attribution platforms is a plus

What This Role Is NotSomeone who only speaks up when things have already gone wrong — we expect the team to flag issues early, so there's still time to do something about it
Someone who spends too long studying the data before making a move — we value good judgment, but speed matters here too
Someone who considers a task done once it's handed over — ownership means making sure things actually land, not just that you did your part
Someone who stops picking up new things once they feel comfortable — the platforms change, the strategies evolve, and we need someone who keeps up without being told to

Why Join STERRY?
We’re a global, fast-moving agency that’s obsessed with pushing creative and digital boundaries. You’ll work alongside a diverse and collaborative team, and the support to help you grow.

If you're ready to make an impact and grow your skills in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply!
