[Remote] Sales Operations Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Country Life is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Key Account and Sales Operations teams. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of processes across major retail and distribution partners, maintaining accurate data, coordinating account activities, and resolving operational issues.ResponsibilitiesSupport Key Account Managers in day-to-day account operations for major retail partnersCoordinate item setup, price changes, and promotional submissions across retailer and distributor portalsAssist in preparing materials for line reviews, customer meetings, and business reviews (QBRs)Track key deadlines, promotional calendars, and customer deliverablesPull and distribute recurring sales reports (weekly/monthly) for key accounts and distributorsMaintain accurate account, pricing, and product data across CRM and ERP systemsEnsure data integrity across platforms both internal and externalAssist with standard data analysis and report formattingServe as a point of contact for operational coordination with distributors (UNFI, KEHE)Monitor orders, shipments, and inventory levels; escalate issues as neededHelp track and resolve deductions, shortages, and billing discrepanciesSupport communication between sales, supply chain, and finance teamsCoordinate execution of promotional activities, pricing updates, and discountsTrack promotional activity and ensure accurate system setupAssist in monitoring trade spend and flag discrepanciesSupport post-promotion tracking and documentationLiaise with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure alignmentHelp identify and resolve operational bottlenecksSupport continuous improvement of processes and systemsAssist with ad hoc projects and special initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or CPG environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data organization)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with CPG retailers and distributors (Whole Foods, UNFI, KEHE, etc.)Familiarity with customer portals & items set up process (DemandTec etc)Exposure to retailer portals and item setup processesExperience handling deductions or trade-related processesCompany OverviewCountry Life is a seller of wellness education and natural-sourced products.
