This role focuses on building scalable systems to provide leadership with visibility into commercial activity and customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesOwn the company’s CRM, lead management, pipeline architecture, and commercial data infrastructure across all programs and geographiesEnsure every lead, account, opportunity, program, customer interaction, and follow-up action is properly captured, managed, tracked, and reported through the CRMBring structure, discipline, and visibility to a rapidly scaling aerospace and defense businessBuild scalable systems that give leadership a clear view of commercial activity, customer engagement, program-level pipeline, geographic coverage, and future revenue opportunityWork closely with the President and executive leadership to create lead management, pipeline visibility, reporting discipline, and commercial operating rhythm needed to support Tiberius Aerospace as it scalesSkillsExperience in Sales Operations and CRM managementStrong Salesforce experienceDeep understanding of lead and pipeline managementAbility to build scalable systems for commercial activity trackingExperience in managing customer engagement and program-level pipelineAbility to provide visibility into geographic coverage and future revenue opportunitiesCompany OverviewTiberius is a modern defense technology company specializing in advanced weapons systems such as missiles, precision-guided munitions.
