**Experienced IT Support Specialist – Network Infrastructure and Desktop Application Development**

As an IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing specialized help for network infrastructure and desktop application development. You will be responsible for introducing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop applications, workstations, servers, and organization issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining passwords, data integrity, and record system security. **Responsibilities:** Our ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities: * Answer client support requests and determine the technical support issue (i.e., software or hardware related) and maintain trust in arenaflex. * Speak with clients by telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or software glitch, client error, etc.). * Investigate identified issues by gathering clarification on some things, reviewing web information sites, as well as internal site (i.e., project journal) to identify solutions and work towards resolution. * Conduct site visits within the area to investigate issues as well as install or upgrade equipment and software if the support issue cannot be resolved remotely. * Conduct follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved completely. * Complete service orders to avoid operational delays in resolving issues. **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: * Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients * Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server) * Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, Desktop Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other Internet browsers - Preferred * Technical Certifications like A+, Company or MCP - Preferred * Technical work experience - Preferred **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a work environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. The base hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.10 to $35.90 per hour. Pay is based on a few factors including, but not limited to, market area and may vary depending on work-related information, skills, education/training, and an applicant's work experience. Recruited candidates may be eligible for annual short-term and long-term incentive compensation programs based on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, specialty unit performance, and the organization's performance. This position is eligible for a bonus based on organizational performance.
