[Remote] Sales Manager/Director

The Sales Manager/Director will manage U.S. revenue-generating activities, drive new business growth, and expand IOActive's market presence by building a high-performing sales organization and collaborating with marketing and executive leadership.ResponsibilitiesOwn U.S. bookings, pipeline, and revenue targetsManage pipeline hygiene across the US sales teamDrive predictable pipeline generation and forecasting accuracyIn partnership with senior leadership, manage territory, account, and vertical strategies focused on high-growth opportunitiesSupport onboarding, training and coaching new hiresFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementConduct regular pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and performance coachingPersonally engage with strategic enterprise opportunities and executive-level relationshipsConduct regular account-based marketing reviews with the teamDevelop expansion strategies within existing clientsSupport complex negotiations and large consulting engagementsBuild executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs, and Board-level stakeholdersIdentify emerging cybersecurity trends and new market opportunitiesCollaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and demand-generation programsRepresent IOActive at industry conferences, customer events, and executive briefingsMaintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and forecasting disciplineProvide weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviewsIn partnership with senior leadership, develop and manage KPI frameworks focused on activity, pipeline creation, win rates, and revenue attainmentPartner closely with Finance and Services on planning and resource allocationSkills10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience5+ years leading sales teams in cybersecurity professional services, offensive security consulting, etcDemonstrated success managing teams responsible for $20M+ annual revenueExperience selling: Penetration Testing, Red Team Services, Product Security, AI Security Assessments, Cloud Security, OT/ICS Security, Security ConsultingStrong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholdersProven experience building repeatable sales processes and scaling teamsBenefitsCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentives: Base Compensation $150k-$200k (based on experience, background and location) plus sales commission plan.A chance to work with an industry leader in cyber securityAccess to world-class technical teams and researchA high-energy, collaborative team that values innovationFlexibility—work remotely or from the office as neededOpportunities for travelCompany OverviewIOActive is a trusted partner for Global 1000 enterprises, providing research-fueled security services across all industries.
