Mid-Level Data Analyst

We serve clients in the fastest growing industry of communications, media, and entertainment. Job Description:We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst who can dig into data, identify patterns, and help answer why things are happening.You will work closely with a Lead Analyst to perform deep-dive analysis, validate data, and contribute to insights that drive business decisions.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, critical thinking, and working with real-world messy data.This position is fully remote within the U.S. and will be a W-2 hourly engagement for 6 to 9 months.The hourly range is $40/hr - $50/hr. Candidates will be paid based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.Responsibilities:Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and patternsSupport root cause analysis and deep-dive investigationsPerform segmentation and drill-down analysis to identify key driversValidate and reconcile data to ensure accuracyAssist in developing insights and recommendationsCreate clear summaries and visualizations for stakeholdersCollaborate with team members to solve complex business problemsQualifications:3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, advanced reporting, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Experience working with data analysis (beyond basic reporting).Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, filtering).Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis).Exposure to:Trend analysisData validationBasic root cause analysisAbility to think critically and ask “why” questions.Good communication skills.NICE-TO-HAVE:Tableau or MicroStrategy experience.Experience working with large datasets or data warehouses.Exposure to business problem-solving or analytics use cases.⭐ What Success Looks LikeYou contribute to identifying key drivers behind trends.Your analysis is accurate, validated, and reliable.You grow into independently solving complex analytical problems.Additional Information:pureIntegration is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE), qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Additionally, the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act of 2023 grants you rights regarding transparency in wage information.
