[Remote] Sales Enablement Program Manager

They are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Program Manager to develop and execute learning methods and strategies that enhance sales performance. The role involves building relationships with stakeholders, conducting training needs assessments, and managing learning programs to support sales effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesBuild close trustworthy relationships with functional stakeholders and the sales enablement teamConduct formal learning performance gap and training needs assessment analysisDefine learning objectives to support sales performance improvement and make sure training is implementedEnsure that there is a quarterly enablement calendar aligned to all sales rolesCreate metrics and manage performance impact measurements for learning programs and activitiesEngage in cross-functional collaboration with other business and regional HR and learning resourcesProvide feedback and assistance to sales reps. Provide feedback to managers on new hires strengths and weaknesses and gaps for training requirementsWork with management and peers to assist in strategic initiativesAssist in the continuing development and improvement of the sales career trackCollect and analyze information on competitors and create learning solutions to create value for the sales organizationActively support the sales organization through enablement programsResearch security articles, headlines and news that highlight product strengths / weaknesses and develop competitive playbooksResponsible for key project and programs that have global impact to the businessParticipate and assist with onsite sales eventsSkills5+ years of related experience in sales, sales enablement, sales training, learning and development in a growth Saas or Security company with a vision for incremental improvement in sales enablement programsSubject Matter Expert (SME) and proven track developing learning curriculum for field, channel and sales engineering teams including content, delivery, metrics, program and project management for new hire onboarding and continuing educationSalesforce tools experienceProven training facilitation skillsKnowledge of Learning Management Systems and various delivery methodsStrong project management skills and managing cadence calendarSuccessful business experience in training, sales, event planning and project managementAbility to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneouslyDeep knowledge of sales methodologies (preferrably MEDDPICC)Results oriented utilizing metrics to drive changeExperience working with senior executives and sales professionals working cross functionally with strong collaboration skillsExperience in the Security IndustryCertifications a plus: CPLP, MBTI, DISC, Hogan's, Strengths-Finders, ADDIE, PMP, COLF, CPTM, CSRAEBenefitsRetirement PlansMedical, Dental and Vision CoveragePaid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveSupport for Community InvolvementFlexible work hoursFamily-friendly benefitsCompany OverviewSkyhigh Security is a platform that provides data protection in order to increase security beyond data access.
