This role involves collaborating with teams to create engaging training content and improve the effectiveness of the sales organization through innovative learning modules and communications.ResponsibilitiesWork with “subject matter experts” defining training course objectives, scope, sequence, and audiences to identify an appropriate training method such as video shorts, webinars, and email communicationsIndependently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write training scripts, interviews, and associated documentationUse your knowledge and experience to construct simple, polished, and engaging content such as video shorts and other content mediums for our sellers and managers.
