They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is motivated to drive new pipeline through outreach and connect with sales and marketing leaders while collaborating directly with the founder to refine messaging and build a repeatable sales process.ResponsibilitiesDrive new pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, reaching senior stakeholders in marketing and salesUse calls, email, LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, and other outbound toolsTest scripts, openers, objections, and account lists every weekTrack your numbers: dials, connects, conversations, meetings booked, show rate, and qualified held demosSurface market feedback from every conversationHelp build the outbound playbook for future SDRsSkills1+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, recruiting, door-to-door, fundraising, or other high-rejection experienceA willingness to make 200+ dials per dayStrong verbal communication skillsHigh energy and high urgencyThe ability to follow a process, track numbers, and improve every weekReady to travel to conference/events and book meetingsComfortable working in person from South bay area (San Jose) - 5 days a weekRemote is ok if you are exceptional and can show it workedBonus: if you have sold B2B software, to sales or marketing leaders, or used tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, Orum, Nooks, or LinkedIn Sales NavigatorCompany OverviewStorylane helps sales and marketing teams to build and share interactive product demos for SaaS companies.
