[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, building the pipeline that fuels growth.ResponsibilitiesResearch target employers and identify the right decision-makers within the ICP (ideal customer profile)Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences, continuously testing messaging to improve response and conversion ratesGenerate qualified pipeline by prospecting into target accounts through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach. This role includes a daily cold call minimumRespond quickly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, content, and eventsBook qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffs with strong contextConsistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings completedMaintain disciplined CRM hygiene in HubSpot. Log activity in real time, keep contact and company records accurateStay current on the employee benefits and financial wellbeing landscapeUse AI tools in your day-to-day workSkills1+ years of SDR/BDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaSProven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and qualified-meeting targetsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized, compelling outreachComfort and confidence with cold calling and multi-channel prospectingExperience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)Strong research and organizational skills, with the discipline to manage a high volume of activityCoachable, resilient, and self-motivated.
