Responsibilities Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation Building relationships over the phone Identifying new opportunities for our clients Cold calling Qualifying leads Scheduling appointments with decision-makers Skills Motivated individuals with excellent communication skills Comfortable cold calling and speaking to executives Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems Organized with excellent time management skills Permanent residency in one of the following states: FL, NJ, MA, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, VA, OK, IA, WI, KS, MD, MI, MS, AL, IN, NH, RI, WV, VT BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) with specific technical specifications Ability to be on the phone 80% of the day with necessary technical equipment Adherence to a structured schedule Completion of Predictive Index and Cognitive Assessment 1 year of phone sales or business development experience Bilingual French/English, German/English a plus.
