[Remote] Sales Development Representative (North America)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Support Revolution is a company focused on providing affordable software support solutions to organizations. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to take ownership of their territory, engage in prospecting, and drive pipeline growth in the enterprise tech sales sector.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Prospect into target accounts across the US and Canada through cold outreach, social selling, and follow-up on inbound leads
ā¢ Qualify opportunities using frameworks like BANT and SPIN to support high value deals
ā¢ Book discovery meetings with senior decision-makers (C-level, Heads of IT, Procurement)
ā¢ Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales on campaigns and event-led outreach
ā¢ Represent Support Revolution at regional industry events (virtual and in-person)
ā¢ Drive structured territory planning and account mapping for long-term pipeline growth
ā¢ Track activity and opportunity data accurately in Salesforce
Skills
ā¢ 1+ years of experience in a B2B outbound sales environment
ā¢ Familiarity with Oracle and/or SAP enterprise ecosystems
ā¢ A proven track record of exceeding KPIs and sales quotas
ā¢ Confident communication with executive-level stakeholders
ā¢ Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
ā¢ A driven, proactive, and adaptable mindset in a fast-moving environment
ā¢ Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
ā¢ Knowledge or experience of sales methodologies such as BANT/SPIN
ā¢ Previous experience in third-party support sales or related enterprise software/services
ā¢ A track record using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
ā¢ Experience with AI tools
