[Remote] Sales Development Representative - FINS

Hyland is a fast-scaling technology company and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their Sales Development team. The role involves cold calling, prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting Account Managers to drive sales growth in a fully remote environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn outbound prospecting efforts, with a strong focus on cold calling, email, and multiâchannel outreachConnect with a high volume of leads to quickly determine customer fit and sales potentialParticipate in discovery calls alongside Account Managers to qualify prospects, gather insights, and introduce core product offeringsMaintain purposeful, consistent contact with prospects to educate, build trust, and move opportunities forwardGenerate new qualified leads by building target account lists and executing calling and email campaignsRepresent the company at trade shows and events, engaging prospects and ensuring timely, thoughtful followâupAccurately document all prospect activity and interactions in internal systems and CRM toolsSeamlessly transition qualified opportunities to Account Managers, ensuring all relevant customer context is sharedReview and support RFPs, assisting prospects with documentation as neededLeverage a modern, multiâtactical sales technology stack to maximize outreach effectivenessPartner with field reps and crossâfunctional teams to support targeted campaigns and growth initiativesComply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hylandâs Information Systems Security PolicySkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceDirect experience with our tech stack such as; Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfoExperience in inside sales or sales development, with a strong emphasis on outbound cold callingComfort operating in a fastâpaced, quotaâdriven environment where activity fuels resultsClear, confident communication skills â you know how to adapt your message to your audienceProven ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust over the phone and virtuallyStrong business acumen with a curiosity for technology and how it solves real problemsSelfâmotivated, competitive, and energized by goals and performance metricsSkilled at asking thoughtful, probing questions to uncover meaningful insightsHighly organized, detailâoriented, and disciplined about updating systems and tracking progressProficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office toolsAbility to travel up to 5% for events or team needsBenefitsEligible for benefitsCompany OverviewHyland uniquely empowers your organization with unified access to AI-enabled enterprise content and unstructured data across repositories, unlocking profound insights that fuel innovations â fundamentally redefining how you operate and engage with those you serve.
