[Remote] Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for booking meetings and demos for the sales team, generating qualified leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition.ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified sales demos and meetingsDirect reach out to inbound leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls with highly relevant and personalized emails and callsSource opportunities with our target accounts through cold emails and calls in collaboration with the marketing team and the ABM campaignParticipation in online conversations (i.e. LinkedIn) with interested people, relevant conversation topics, and target accountsConduct research on inbound and outbound target people and companiesCollaborate with the sales team to advance target accountsDeep understanding of the product and target audiencesEnter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads throughout the funnelSkillsExperience in sales development or inside sales roles, with a consistent track record of over attainment of weekly and monthly targetsHighly self-motivated with an obsession on outbound prospecting and working with prospects on understanding their pain points and offering solutions to address themStrong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and internal stakeholdersSolid understanding of outbound sales methodologies, prospecting techniques, and sales processesExperience working with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g.,Hubspot, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Gong, Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator)Prior experience selling commercial cloud services / products based on open source developer platform is a huge plusComfortable speaking about workflows, micro services, containers, serverlessStrong ability to articulate, educate and sell the business value to businesses of all sizesBenefitsComprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and visionFlexible PTOSupport for personal developmentCompany OverviewOrkes is a microservices and workflow orchestration platform.
