[Remote] Customer Support Specialist, 2nd Shift (Tuesday - Saturday, 4pm ET - 1am ET)

Responsibilities
ā¢ Resolve customer tickets via Live Chat, Phone, or Email promptly
ā¢ Provide consultative solutions to customer questions and issues
ā¢ Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product and related use cases
ā¢ Empathize patiently with customers in every interaction
ā¢ Participate in ticket audits and incorporate feedback
ā¢ Document and escalate customer and internal issues appropriately
ā¢ Demonstrate initiative to support customers and team independently
ā¢ Take ownership of the customer experience provided
ā¢ Support customers in scheduling meetings effectively
Skills
ā¢ 1+ years of experience in SaaS customer support
ā¢ Technical troubleshooting skills in software environments
ā¢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
ā¢ Self-starter mentality with a focus on impact
ā¢ Capacity to meet metrics-driven performance goals
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Excellent time management abilities
ā¢ Collaborative team player with customer-centric focus
ā¢ Authorization to work legally in the United States; no immigration sponsorship available
ā¢ Experience with Live Chat or Phone support is a plus
