[Remote] Sales Agent

Allianz Trade in North America is seeking a Sales Executive to develop new business within an assigned territory and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, maintaining product knowledge, and negotiating complex deals to ensure client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDevelop sufficient number of prospects through direct cold calling efforts, third party referrals (banks, insurance brokers, etc.), trade associations and other sourcesUtilize consultative sales techniques to manage entire sales cycle including; understanding prospectâs business needs, obtaining and submitting a complete application, identifying prospectâs key accounts and converting the application to a policyWork with internal stakeholders in Commercial, Risk and Customer Experience to provide the best product offerings to prospective and existing client baseProactively build and expand a network, going beyond relying solely on banks or brokers, with strong focus on growing connections through client referrals and personal relationshipsMaintain extensive knowledge on product features, competitive landscape and market trendsNegotiate and close complex dealsSkillsBachelor's Degree in business management, finance or related discipline strongly preferred2-4 years of business-to-business sales experienceProven track record of success in similar previous rolesAbility to overcome objections, convince, motivate and influence internal stakeholdersStrong negotiation skillsTenacity and ability to work in high performance sales environmentsExcellent interpersonal communication skillsUnderstanding of business financials and credit basicsAbility to secure (and maintain) Property & Casualty Insurance within the first 60 days of employmentLooking for candidates that possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and are enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes such as: (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI, Data Analysis, Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPTBenefitsPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individualâs relevant experience, skills for the role, and location.
