SAP BRIM Order Management (TPM)
Role: TPM – OM (SAP BRIM Order Management)
Location: Santa Clara, CA - Remote
Type: Long term contract
Exp: 15+ Years
Rate: $70/hr
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Selected Responsibilities What will you do in this role:
1. Analyzes complex business problems and bring solutions on the table.
2. Own and drive cross-functional Issues with various teams to address business needs
3. Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Designing and configuring SAP BRIM solutions to meet specific business needs.
6. Prepare solutions and provide Demo of functionalities asked by Business/IT team members
7. Testing: Perform Unit, Integration, E2E QA testing, Support UAT, Performance, Stage testing
8. Write test Scenarios and test steps in all/some of the above test life cycles
9. Perform Cut-over, Go-Live, Post Go-Live activities as part of implementation
10.Prepare Training, KT documents to train team on functionality implemented.
11.Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
12.Program management knowledge: Experience in leading or contributing to BRIM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
13.Perform work in Pacific time zone, and flexible to work with Business/IT counterparts in Asia/EMEA regions in their time zones on an ad hoc basis
14.Staying up to date with the latest SAP BRIM technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
What you need to be successful in this role:
1. SME with EXPERT KNOWLEDGE in SAP BRIM modules, subscription billing, revenue management, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Invoicing, S4 HANA.
2. 15+ years of experience in SAP Quote to Cash areas with 5+ yrs experience in SAP BRIM Implementation
3. Experience participating in all phases of several full-lifecycle SAP implementations is often required, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
4. Hands-on functional configuration and design: Experience with configuring and designing solutions within the different components of SAP such as Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Mediation (CM), Contract Accounting (FI-CA) is crucial.
5. A deep understanding of different revenue models, such as subscription billing, usage-based billing, overage charges, and burn down models, is important for implementing BRIM effectively.
6. Experience designing and implementing complex rate structures, charge plans, and real-time rating scenarios.
7. Understanding of CI's role in invoice creation, management, and integration with other BRIM components.
8. Knowledge of FI-CA's functionalities for contract management, financial postings, and integration with other SAP modules.
9. Integration BRIM solutions with the latest SAP S/4HANA platform and other S4 Hana modules.
10.Integrate SAP BRIM with other CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS, Middleware and other non-SAP systems.
11.Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives).
12.Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed environment.
13.VERY STRONG communication, presentation, and teamwork skills are essential for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and other team members
14.Knowledge of Agile Methodology is an added advantage
Education
1. BS/MS Computer Science, Communications, Information Technology or related discipline.
2. Certification in BRIM, SAP Sales and Distribution module is preferred.
