[Remote] Sales Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CentroMotion is seeking a curious, hands-on Sales Manager to grow and manage relationships with OEM accounts. The role involves driving growth of product lines and delivering value-added solutions through consultative selling and collaboration with engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesManaging and expanding OEM relationships through consultative, solutionâbased sellingBuild relationships throughout our customerâs organizations; with Commodity Managers, Buyers, Engineers, and others as neededIdentifying new opportunities within existing accounts through upâselling and crossâsellingProspecting and developing new customers in target marketsServing as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accountsPartnering closely with field application engineers, engineering, and internal teams to solve customer challengesCoordinates and leads complex commercial negotiationsDevelops and executes account strategies aligned with business and sales objectivesTranslating account strategy into actionable project executionMaintaining detailed customer maps and stakeholder relationships (buyers, engineers, commodity managers, etc.)Traveling to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as neededConducting market and competitive research and sharing insights internallyDeveloping annual forecasts, account plans, and sales reportsEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and followâupPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsMinimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience (OEM or industrial preferred)Proven success selling technical or engineered productsExperience managing long sales cycles and complex customer organizationsStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand drawings and technical conceptsNaturally curious and motivated to learn how products work and how they integrate into customer systemsComfort understanding how mechanical systems, electronic hardware, and softwareâdriven technologies work together in customer applicationsConsultative, valueâbased selling mindsetStrong communication and relationshipâbuilding skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating across crossâfunctional teamsOrganized, selfâmotivated, and comfortable in a remote roleExperience selling to OEMs in agriculture, construction, lawn & turf, or industrial marketsFamiliarity with PTO drive shafts, clutches, dampers, or power transmission productsFamiliarity with HMI displays, gauges, or clustersFamiliarity with light technical concepts such as programming logic, automation, or systems integration; handsâon hobbies like 3D printing, CNC, or robotics are a plusCompany OverviewCentroMotion is a manufacturer of motion, actuation and control solutions for the agriculture, specialty and commercial vehicle,.
