Job Description Project – the aim you’ll have Our client is a gaming company established to reform the national gaming system. Operating under the principle of exclusivity, its mission is to provide games responsibly, mitigate gambling-related risks, and ensure player protection while preventing fraud. The company offers a wide range of games divided into three main categories: Lucky Games, Casino Games, and Betting Games. It emphasizes operating responsibly and contributing to a safe and secure gaming environment. Position – how you’ll contribute Development and implementation of software solutions using Node.js, Express, TypeScript, and React. Support team ceremonies. Build strong working relationships with peers, and keep a sustainable pace of delivery. Hands-on coding: Develop and maintain a high-quality code base, consistently delivering challenging, stable, and maintainable projects on schedule. Qualifications Expectations – the experience you need 4+ years of progressive experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in Node.js and React; Prior experience in a leadership role within a development team, with responsibility for guiding and directing the work of other developers. Ownership of applications end-to-end, from specification to coding to deploying, running, and monitoring in production. Ability to align technical decisions with broader business goals and objectives. Ability to make informed decisions quickly, considering technical constraints, project requirements, and business priorities. Strong interpersonal skills for effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the organization. Additional skills - the edge you have Experience with AWS services.
