They are seeking a highly disciplined SaaS Administrator to manage and govern a portfolio of collaboration and productivity platforms, ensuring compliance and security within a FedRAMP boundary.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Monday.com, Google Workspace apps)Manage tenant configurations, user roles, permissions, and account structuresStandardize configurations and enforce consistency across platformsMaintain clear separation of systems operating within the FedRAMP boundaryAdminister the Google Workspace environment (users, groups, OUs, policies)Manage access controls, sharing settings, and organizational structureConfigure security policies (MFA, context-aware access, session controls)Oversee Workspace governance (Drive sharing policies, group controls, admin roles)Support identity and SSO integrations tied to WorkspaceOwn user lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver) across all SaaS toolsEnforce least-privilege and role-based access controlsIntegrate and manage SSO via IdP (Okta, Azure AD, etc.)Conduct periodic access reviews and certificationsProvide Tier 2/3 support for access, permissions, and configuration issuesTroubleshoot SSO, provisioning, and integration issuesSupport secure onboarding/offboarding workflowsEnforce change control and maintain system integritySkills3+ years administering SaaS collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Monday.com, etc.)Strong experience with Google Workspace administration (environment-level)Expertise in user provisioning, RBAC, and tenant-level controlsExperience with SSO/IdP integrations (Okta, Azure AD)Exposure to FedRAMP environments or government-regulated systemsFamiliarity with NIST 800-53 or similar frameworksExperience managing multi-tool SaaS ecosystems under centralized governanceCompany OverviewConsultNet is a talent solutions company that helps businesses solve complex challenges by integrating talent, technology, and scalable delivery models.
