[Remote] Roadway Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BCC Engineering, a Parsons Company, is looking for an experienced Roadway Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee project execution, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to project requirements while promoting technical excellence.ResponsibilitiesPlans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned projectForecasts monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit for the term of the projectResponsible for project invoicing and billing including all accounts receivable and accounts payableOversees establishment of Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as requiredEstablishes the project requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteriaAssigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengthsMonitors and negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractorsMarkets and secures additional work with clientWorks with the key project individual to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work; advises the client and company management of changesResponsible for maintaining current and timely change ordersPromotes technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processesMonitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions, which would affect project cost or scheduleActs as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program executionMay participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clientsParticipates in proposal development on project pursuits, client meetings and client presentationsIdentifies business development opportunities, marketing events, and maintain current knowledge of project pipeline for key clientsSkillsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering10+ years of related work experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseBenefitsWe truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limitCompany OverviewParsons is an engineering, construction, technical and management services firm for national security and global infrastructure markets.
