Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Audit files for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Prepare loan documents and balance signing dates and figures with closing agents.
Confirm all prior-to-doc conditions are met and signed off by appropriate parties before releasing loan documents.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Thorough knowledge of TRID and RESPA LE/CD requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 2 years of recent residential closing/funding experience.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are desirable:
Experience with Encompass.
High school degree or equivalent.
