This role involves managing the Microsoft Power BI ecosystem, providing sales performance analytics, and acting as a strategic partner to improve business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reporting infrastructureBuild and optimize scalable data models, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usabilityOwn KPI definitions and ensure consistent metric calculation across all reporting and dashboardsIdentify gaps in current reporting and proactively develop new dashboards to support business needsPartner with BI and engineering teams to define and improve upstream data pipelines and data availabilityValidate and reconcile data across CRM, marketing, and operational systems to ensure reporting accuracyDeliver actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and channel performanceAnalyze performance across the PACE funnel (Lead → Intake → HSD → Enrollment → Start of Care)Perform ongoing data validation and QA to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputsIdentify trends and drivers of performance across markets, teams, and campaignsSupport A/B testing and performance measurement across marketing and sales initiativesProvide recurring and ad hoc executive-ready reportingOwn end-to-end execution of monthly sales incentive compensation plansCalculate, validate, and deliver accurate commission payouts for ~100 sales team membersIdentify risks, anomalies, and edge cases in payout calculations and proactively resolve discrepanciesPartner with Finance and Payroll to ensure timely and compliant paymentsAnalyze plan effectiveness and recommend improvements to drive desired behaviorsModel and simulate proposed compensation changes and business impactDevelop and deliver clear, impactful presentations to communicate strategic plans and objectivesExtract and analyze data from internal databases to support operational needsSupport additional high-impact analytics and strategic initiatives as business needs evolveSkillsBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operationsDemonstrated ownership of dashboards or analytics environments used for business-critical decision-makingAdvanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)Experience managing or supporting sales incentive compensation programsStrong ability to translate data into actionable business insightsExperience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systemsBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university (MBA is a plus)Preferred majors: hard sciences, mathematics, engineering, data science, finance, business, entrepreneurship, or any discipline requiring high technical aptitudeExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or similar CRM platformsExperience in healthcare, PACE, or regulated environmentsExperience working with Microsoft Power BI data pipelines / ETL toolsBackground in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing analyticsMicrosoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) or equivalent experienceMicrosoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) or related data/analytics certificationsBenefitsMedical/dental/vision insuranceShort and long-term disabilityLife insurance and AD&DSupplemental life insuranceFlexible spending accounts401(k) savingsPaid time offCompany-paid holidaysMedical, dental, vision401(k) plan with company matchShort and long-term disabilityLife insuranceSupplemental life insuranceADDFlexible spending accountPaid time offCompany paid holidaysCompany OverviewInnovAge mission is to enable seniors to age independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
