[Remote] Retention Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to oversee email and SMS marketing campaigns, drive customer engagement, and optimize marketing strategies for revenue growth. Responsibilities • KPIs for this position are revenue, subscribers, engagement, and efficiency growth • In partnership with the Marketing Manager, plan a monthly campaign calendar for email & SMS • Responsible for building and scheduling 2-3 email & SMS campaigns each week • Continuously testing (split tests, win outs, etc) + reporting for new campaign concepts • Continuously optimize existing email & SMS automated flows with new tests each month • Oversee Klaviyo and Attentive accounts, monitoring performance, new features, and costs • Collaborate with designers to concept and test new creatives for emails + flow designs • In-depth leadership performance reporting each month with results + recommendations • Conduct industry and competitive market research on new strategies and tactics • Maintaining list quality through detailed checks and list scrubbing Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant major • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce email marketing with 7-8 figure attributed revenue growth • Expert in Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify platforms with the ability to leverage their full potential • Proficient in strategizing and executing email marketing campaigns, including flows and customer journeys • Strong understanding of UX design and email design directive skills for today’s consumer • Strong website conversion rate optimization skills and direct-to-consumer psychology • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and collaborate with remote teams • Ability to work remotely on a full-time basis, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and objectives • Experience managing loyalty and referral programs Benefits • Competitive Salary • Annual Performance Bonuses • Fully remote job • PTO Days + Specified Holidays Off • Strong career growth opportunity Company Overview • Velvet Caviar is an eCommerce platform that offers phone cases, AirPods, MacBooks, watch bands, and accessories products.
