They are seeking a Retail Client Strategy & Project Management Associate to support project management, analytical, and account support across strategic retail engagements, ensuring successful deployment and scaling of their platform.ResponsibilitiesProvide project management support for large-scale retail operational change programs, partnering closely with leadership to keep programs on track and aligned to scopeBuild and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, RAID logs, and status reports; proactively identify risks and dependencies and drive them to resolutionCoordinate with project managers and stakeholders on the retailer side (across both business and technology functions) to align on milestones, deliverables, and issue escalationSupport the launch of new product capabilities for clients, ensuring cross-functional readiness across strategy, product, engineering, and customer success teams at SimbePrepare materials for executive steering committees, working sessions, and joint business reviewsProvide project management and analytical support for ongoing pilots and engagements across Simbe's broader client portfolio, ensuring continuity and momentum across multiple accountsTrack pilot KPIs, synthesize results, and help develop business cases and expansion proposalsServe as a day-to-day point of contact for select client stakeholders, escalating strategic issues as appropriatePartner across Simbe's strategy, product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to align internal execution with client commitmentsTranslate client needs and feedback into clear internal asks; translate internal updates and constraints into clear client communicationsHelp establish and maintain repeatable processes, templates, and best practices that scale as Simbe's retail programs growContribute to the development of joint business plans, capability roadmaps, and value realization frameworks across client accountsConduct research and analysis on retail industry trends, client priorities, and use case opportunities to inform account strategyHelp quantify and communicate the ROI and business impact of Simbe's solutions to client stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field3+ years' experience in management consulting, corporate strategy and operations, or a similar rigorous environmentExceptional analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneouslyHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of owning trackers, plans, and follow-ups independentlyStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business challenges and contribute to practical solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both client stakeholders and internal cross-functional partnersDemonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and a bias toward using them to work smarter, faster, and at higher quality, including applying them to program management workflowsComfort operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quicklyEqually comfortable in the weeds of project execution and at the whiteboard shaping account strategyAbility to travel periodically to client sites, estimated at 20–30% of the time, with the potential to flex higher during key periodsPrior experience working with or within retail or grocery organizationsExperience supporting senior executives or client-facing engagementsExposure to digital transformation projects, particularly within established retail operationsExperience in managing cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder environmentsFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and BI/reporting toolsDemonstrated experience designing AI agentic systems, including configuring agents, building prompt chains, or integrating AI tools with everyday work applications to automate meaningful workBenefitsHybrid work modelCompany OverviewSimbe, the global leader in retail shelf digitization, is the trusted partner for retailers confronting today's most critical challenges: 66% of "out-of-stock" items hidden within stores, 90% of pricing errors missed by manual audits, and 95% labor attrition.
