Remote Residential Construction Project Manager
Remote Residential Construction manager with an eye for quality and a willingness to grow and lead construction efforts within the organization. Qualifications: A desire to Build top Quality projects A willingness to Learn & Improve Experience in a managerial role Strong organizational skills Strong client interaction skills Budget management skills Willingness to use technology and project managements applications to plan and execute projects A respect for the client and most importantly your peers 5+ years of residential construction project management experience Responsibilities: Help Guide the Client through the Design and Product Selection process Project Ownership - Own and Mange project through completion Oversee or help in overseeing project planning, scheduling, inspections, homeowner communication, budgeting and implementation Implement and help maintain a Budget and Project Plan Manage all project invoicing and billing Draft and implement purchase orders Engage in Project Estimating and material procurement Must be proficient in Bluebeam and capable of performing quantity takeoffs Must be available full time M-F between 8-5pm Eastern Time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Paid time off Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
