Your main duties will involve responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in promoting and maintaining Strata Information Technology's reputation as a leader in the industry.Key Responsibilities:- Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues and providing quick and effective solutions- Documenting all client interactions and updating client information in the CRM system- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues- Assisting with onboarding new clients and providing necessary training and support- Proactively identifying ways to improve the client experience and suggesting solutions to management- Cross-selling and upselling Strata Information Technology's products and services to existing clients- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in technology to better assist clients and provide relevant product knowledgeQualifications:- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
