They are seeking a Researcher to join their research team to solicit, collect, process, and analyze event, contact, and box office data in the live entertainment space. Responsibilities Research new and existing events and relationships in live entertainment Maintain, update and preserve the integrity of our database Reconciliation of conflicts in the database Identification and removal of duplicate records Data entry for contact updates and routebook data received via email Customer service for Pollstar Reporters Proofing charts and features for weekly publication Work closely with Department Heads on all tasks related to Pollstar Directory, Boxoffice and Routebook production Assist with other tasks as assigned by management Skills Experience in and a strong working knowledge of the concert business Experience with data entry including self-proofing and interpretation of data Written and verbal communication skills Advanced aptitude with Excel or other data tools Good problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent time management and organization skills The ability to work on deadline with accuracy Benefits Health, Dental and Vision insurance 401(k) savings plan 401(k) matching Paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) Company Overview Enmarket Arena is a media and entertainment company that offers tenants music, events, and sports services.
