They are seeking a Research Project Manager to provide project management leadership for complex initiatives related to clinical trials, ensuring projects are well planned and executed on time.ResponsibilitiesProvide project management leadership for both straightforward initiatives and complex, cross-functional research initiatives within Cardiovascular Research SolutionsDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for initiatives spanning trial startup, site onboarding, vendor implementation, and strategic research programsTrack progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on scheduleSupport coordination across research leadership, operations, legal, finance, and external partners to ensure aligned executionAssist with planning and execution of new vendor partnerships and technology implementations that support research operationsOrganize and support research-related meetings, including sponsor meetings, internal planning sessions, weekly team meetings, and conferencesManage calendars, agendas, meeting materials, action items, and follow-up communicationsPrepare project updates, summaries, and materials for research leadership and key stakeholdersContribute to initiatives designed to scale Cardiovascular Research Solutions as the network continues to growOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree3–5+ years of experience in project management within a multisite clinical research network, CRO, sponsor, or academic research organizationSolid understanding of late-stage (Phase II–IV) clinical trial organization and startup processesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong organizational, communication, powerpoint, and problem-solving skillsAdept at using project management software platforms such as Monday.com, Wrike, or othersExperience in cardiovascular clinical researchProject management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plusCompany OverviewHeadquartered in Orlando, Cardiovascular Associates of America aims to bring the best cardiovascular physicians in one network with the common mission of saving lives, reducing costs, and improving patient care through clinical innovation.
