Senior Project Manager – IT Business Systems
Job Description: • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT business systems initiatives • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies • Drive execution across multiple workstreams, teams, and vendors • Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively escalate and mitigate • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Coordinate vendor and implementation partner deliverables and timelines • Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technical solutions • Provide clear, concise status reporting and executive-level communications • Support change management, testing coordination, and go-live readiness • Establish and enforce project governance, standards, and best practices • Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes and tools Requirements: • 8+ years of project or program management experience, with a focus on IT business systems • Proven experience leading large, enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (ERP, billing, payments, CRM, integrations) • Experience managing external vendors and system implementation partners • Demonstrated experience integrating acquired companies into core business systems following M&A activity • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred • SaaS or high-growth technology environment experience preferred Benefits: • A collaborative work environment with the freedom and opportunities of a startup culture • A global, remote-first company that encourages occasional team get-togethers • Life and work balance • Flexible vacation time • Retirement plan matching up to 3% of your salary • Varied options for health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance Apply tot his job
