[Remote] Reporting Specialist, Pharmacy Network

The Reporting Specialist, Pharmacy Network will support analytical operations, perform analyses and report creations to facilitate business decision-making, and evaluate provider network performance through data modeling and reporting.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for completing reports and projects, such as detailed Geo Access and Member Disruption, as requested by Navitus teams in a timely mannerUnderstand intermediate data relationship concepts and transform data into information that can be proactively used to improve business decisionsCreate pharmacy directories for our clients and their members that clearly identify the pharmacy services available to them and where they are locatedDeliver reports and directories on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis as required by government sponsored health plans and other clientsPerform quality assurance to ensure reports are accurate and in compliance with all regulations and requirementsPeriodic and detailed reporting of activities and opportunities to Provider Services team and cross-functional leadershipIdentify, advocate, and implement continual process improvement of policies and procedures to maximize quality and efficienciesAssist with internal department and corporate projects as requiredCoordinate task completion within department and cross-functionallySolve moderately complex problemsParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesOther related duties as assigned/requiredSkillsAssociate's degree requiredMinimum of 1 year of work experience in a business settingPC Skills: Microsoft Excess, Access, and other applications as requiredParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesBachelor's degree preferred.
