The Renewal Marketing Representative will assist with market evaluation and placement of new business for personal risk clients, providing internal assistance to the marketing team and ensuring clients are protected based on their specific needs and risks.ResponsibilitiesProvide internal assistance to the middle market or high-net-worth marketing teamDetermine appropriate underlying liability requirements when quoting umbrella/excess liability coverage. Ensure clients are protected based on their specific needs and risksUtilize carrier resources to determine regional market appetites, enabling the identification of the most suitable insurance products for specific geographic areasAssist in the completion of marketing summaries, binding orders, and underwriting requests, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and completeReview new business submissions for completeness and accuracyGather needed client information from producers and confirm quote/policy transactionsMaintain accurate information in agency management systemsDevelop knowledge of underwriting, sales, and service processesSupport Regional Marketing Specialist with follow-up information from Producers on recorded new business winsManage workflows to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactionsBuild and maintain relationships with carriersStay informed about changes and developments in the insurance sector to provide relevant and up-to-date advice to clientsSkillsGraduate of the USI Personal Risk Associate Career Track programPersonal Lines Agent's license required.
